I15 Removed Architect Badges...

We didn't actually delete any of the removed badges from your characters.  We simply restricted the visible counts and your public profiles to only include badges not on our inactive list.

I left them on the manage badges page so that people can remove the badges themselves.  I meant to color code this to make the inactive badges stand out, and maybe even make a tool to remove all inactive badges from a toon.  I just didn't get around to it because of work/other obligations. 

A note:  You can't link directly to the /manage/badges pages.  There is an internal character id that isn't passed along.  If you do have issues here, be sure to tell us what server/character it is (a link to the Character's profile page works too)
