Missing feature?

A long way back before the merger with titan, CIT had a badge function for saying 'these are the badges you are missing for accolade xx'...for the life of me, I can't see it.

Am I missing some obvious link?  When I delve into the badges for each character I just get the description.

If it's been asked/answered a million times before...Statesman made me ask it...

It's on my list.  This one will take a bit of background work, which I've started.  I've also been trying to tackle as much of the 'simple' stuff that I can.
