DM / Regen Build Advice - PvP / PvE Balanced viability!

Just came back to the game, want to know how I should be set slotting for a 50 DM / Regen build.

Currently all setted out with what I could afford at the time, but right now money really isn't an issue (Got a bunch of really good rolls, sitting on ~500-600mil).


Build: Dark Melee / Regen.

Powers I really do want: Super Jump, Shadow Maul (I know a lot don't take it, but I like it), Focused Accuracy.

Powers I could do without: Revive, Dark Consumption.

I want a more PvP-focused build, but not a damage gimp in PvE.
