Request: Add Level%, SG, XP & Inf to XML Feed

The last three data items were previously available in the old "pull" mechanisms, such as ListBySupergroup.

I'll see what I can do.

I can add these fields to each individual character, however it is still not logical to make an SG only xml out feed with so very few people having their entire SG on CIT.
