RedTomax Link is "Inconsistent"
« on: November 19, 2008, 02:33:35 PM »

The RedTomax Link is "inconsistent".

It currently points to http://www.redtomax.com/  whereas the  main button link in the TNT site points to http://coh.redtomax.com/  and the footer link points again to http://www.redtomax.com/
- make up your minds guys...

I do realize that both are simple  DN entries pointing to the original Tomax'site in UK, at 89.16.177.63 / @bytemark.co.uk im just pointing the fact that should be using one single link consistently

Furthermore, Im not sure what/how u guys made the agreement with Tomax, but since Glycerine is a TNT network app, you may want to think about a domain the likes of redtomax.cohtitan.com  - which additionally, would give the TNT the opportunity to redirect to a temporary page when, for example RedTomax is undergoing maintenance.

This may belong more to the TNT network suggestions forum, so feel free to move accordingly.

I *AM* annoying, am I not? LOL - toldya ;)

Tell Red to make up his mind ;)

He was using coh/cov.redtomax.com, then he decided to just make it one cohesive site instead of 2 separate ones.  The new and correct link is www.redtomax.com

It's just a case of missing a spot when changing our pointing links to him.

Heh, heh..

But then, I'd say that's the more reason to generate a new domain name that can act as an 'interface/buffer'

Say u create redtomax.cohtitan.com.. then you can simply update it on godaddy -or whatever DNS manager you use - every time Tomax changes his mind ... *without* having to update webpages and releasing new apps...

then again, if the site is truly settled in stone (as much as in stone as any IT app can ever be.. which is, maybe a year? ) then I'll just STFU .. :)
