Failure when making WebRequest to Titan Network (timed out)

Using Herostats Unstable 4.3.3.3, I am getting the message "Failure when making WebRequest to the Titan Network sites. System.Net.WebException: The operation has timed out".  It was working for me a couple of days ago, as I have recently-updated characters on the CIT site.  I tried regressing to 4.3.3.2, but get the same message with it.

I've seen the same recently. Badge-Hunter works fine, so I doubt it's anything with HeroStats. My guess is the web service on CIT is down.

Our host is playing the point-the-fingers game, which is frustrating.  The service works fine for months literally without change - how would it be our fault that the server isn't responding now, all of a sudden?

We're working on a backup plan, but unfortunately that takes time.

The web service should be working now, it has been fast for me all day.
