Renamed toon lost AT Type

Hi guys,
A few days ago I renamed my widow, this obviously generated a new toon profile here, but the odd thing is that the 'new' toon apparently got its Archetype lost , and it shows now as 'unknown'.

You'll notice it doesn't display an AT icon either... and in the "Manage Character" page, the AT displays as unknown.

FYI too, I normally use Herostats instead of TNT tracker (I like the in-game additional info it provides), so not sure if the original reason is here or with HS.

Not a big deal, thou, so u can take a look anytime after other more serious things.. just thought I'd let you know..

I'm thinking it has something to do with HS, because almost all of the users with one or more missing icons in that chunk seem to have used HS last.

Try throwing TNT up for a few moments and see if that relates the icons. If not that we have an issue to sort internally.

There's still a few Characters in the DB with "unknown" AT's or Global Account Names.  If it's not an HS deal, I blame those pesky random bugs that we can never isolate....

Hum.. Nope. No luck on the TNT  :gonk:

Did launch TNT, beat up a few baddies and got a couple exploration badges for test. badges updated correctly, as well as Infamy, but the AT still appears as unknown...

Thank you IceHeart....we've now determined that the VEATS don't play well with us at all....

We're working on a solution. :)

my VEAT shows it has a Electric secondary
which is impossible ...
