Badge verification bind files?

Hello all,

Is there anywhere on the Titan Network where I can download the old City Info Track badge bind file that I can download?  I know there is a bind file for HeroStats, but I've never used that program and don't know if it will do what I want, which is verify all my characters' badges through the City Info Tracker.  Thanks in advance.

I recently added the bind file exe to the download section of cit.

The very same Bind Files that are found HERE are compatible with HS and TNT.  Most likely those are the ones you are refering to as working for HS.
