How do I put enhancements in my powers that I have selected on the program? I found a Set bonus finder but thats it, it doesnt let me put my enhancements in.

Right-click on an enhancement slot and it'll open the enhancement picker. From there, you can choose which enhancement goes into the slot.
The icons long the top of the picker will let you pick between regular enhancements, IOs, and IO Sets. The icons on the right will let you pick different set types or enhancement grades.
