login doesn't work forum login different from titan key?

Ok I can log into the forum fine, Is the titan key different then the forum login?

Nope, your Titan Key is universal upon creation, so unless you've changed your Password on cohtitan.com, they should remain the same.

well I may have changed my password when the site came back up....but I see no place pick "forgot password"....so the only place I can get into is the forums...I can't register a key because my user name email and global handle all a ready exist....  So how can I get my password rest for the actual titan key?

Have you tried clearing all the cookies for *.cohtitan.com?

Yup, even tried from a computer I have never logged in on. So it works for the forum but if I try on any other part of the site it says its incorrect.

Ideas?

My guess is that you did indeed change your Password for Cohtitan.com prior to the Site Redesign, which would mean that any other Site you attempt to Log into (aside from here) would not grant you access either unless you can recall what you changed it too.

Our interface is down so I cannot reset your Password, but SP might be able to do something via the DB itself.  Try to see if you can't remember anything first, then Post back here to let us know if you got it to work or not.

This is simple, your browser settings aren't accepting 3rd part cookies.
.domain.com is for every subdomain with a domain under the parent, but if the browser's cooking security is higher than medium... it will not accept 3rd party cookies disabling the use and efficiency of the titan key.

I think there is an alternative is sessions... but don't know how well ASP handles that, and I know you aren't all PHP, or are you now?
