Mid's Fails to Load

Excellent work on all you've done with the Hero Designer Mids, I can't thank you enough.
Unfortunately for me though, it stopped working on my Laptop about 6 months ago and no amount of re-installing has fixed it!
I am running .Net framework 2.0 with security patch KB2928365, anyone run into this?
I click on the shortcut to the exe or the exe itslef and I Immediately get prompted to attach a debugger to it!
Help!

What version of windows are you running: XP or Vista?
Also, what path is it installed to?
