How do I control the level of the placed IO in my build..?

What I'm trying to do is recreate my *actual* currant slotting and my IO's are all over the place in terms of levels - some because I can't afford newer one, some because higher level ones are never for sale, etc...  I think I've got too many sets that modify my regen rate and I may have hit the cap, but I don't know for sure...  Is there a way to Change the level when (or even after) I place the IO?  Surely there is and I'm just being dense...

While the enhancement picker is open to select an IO, just key in the level on the keyboard, and when you click the IO, it'll be placed at that level.

To change the level of an IO already in your build, right click it to open the picker, key in the level you want, and hit enter.

I had no idea this was even possible....I just assigned the Enhancement and that was that.

Excellent!!!

After syncing up everything, it doth appear that my Red-side 41 Plant/Plant Dom is a pretty respectable clone of my Blue-side Spine/Regen -- inna Scrap-Troller'ish sorta way...  161% Recovery, 266% Regen with toggle drain of only 0.4/s...  Defense is low @ 10.1 across the board (in true regen spirit)...   Added Damage is Light (only +12.5%) while Accuracy is respectable (+46%) but with people held I can afford to take a few extra (accurate!) hits to "arrest" them...  Nice...

Thanx again, it's nice to have a set of tools to let you verify those seat'o'pants feelings...   ;D
