Map failed to start

I have attempted several times over the space of at least 2 hours to enter my SG base and I keep getting the message "map failed to start."  At this time I have been unable to reach other SG members to see if they can access the base.

This is tech support for Paragon Chat.  Supergroups are not supported in the application.
