Unable To Log In - XMPP Was Unable To Connect - Mac

I am trying to log in on a mac, and I keep getting this error message.

"XMPP Was Unable to Connect!
Make sure that your XMPP log in information is correct."

I downloaded Island Rum, created an account, but it won't let me log into Paragon Chat.

Has anyone been able to fix this?  Sorry if this has been answered before.

Just to verify, you are using the correct login? username@chat.cohtitan.com and the same password you use to log in to the forum?

Alternately you may need to go to https://www.cohtitan.com/manage and make sure your info is all linked properly.

I am using the correct login, and it still won't work.  I changed my password on the website and everything.
