Can't use my Titan Network credentials to log on the Paragon Chat

So I can't use my password to log on here but it doesn't work on Paragon Chat (using Tequila and running Windows 7).  Could it be the "." in "Raven L. Prince" that is causing the chokepoint?  I tried getting a new Titan Network ID, but I keep getting an error there.....Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm almost positive it's because of the "." but I can't imagine why you wouldn't be able to reset your Titan Network ID.

The spaces in your name should be underscores for the purposes of Paragon Chat.

Raven_L._Prince -- give that a try.
