Game Development Question

So, forgive me if this sounds ignorant but the fact that this even exists was only told to me earlier today. My question is, how secure is future development of this game? I mean, what are the odds that Former NCsoft or ArenaNet, Iron Tiger Studios, or Ntreev Soft will try to sue or file a suit to get this project shut down?

Is it something the community needs to worry about?
