Weird thing with verification

I've got all the badges marked as verified but the programs says that i have one badge unverified in the veteran tab.
The char is Okashi in Union server

This is a bug I'm still trying to fix. I've recently made an upgrade to the stored procedure that adds badges to add veteran badges to all characters with a matching global. However, it doesn't update the counts. It's a bit complicated with the way we have it setup, but I hope to have some time to look at it and resolve it this week.
