Getting my alts back

I had a bunch of alts on Coh/V back in the day, and I'm pretty sure that I still have the info on my hard drive on a separate computer.  How would I go about restoring them?  They have a number of badges that I got and want to keep that were there for a limited time, which is why I ask.  That and one was level 35-37 and I don't want to have to re-level once I get back in to the game.

Any saved *.costume files can easily be transferred. Some files may require tweaking.

Badges won't transfer over.

Level is meaningless in Paragon Chat. We're all Level 1. Paragon Chat is not a game. It's just a graphical chat server. There is no combat whatsoever. We have travel powers, some temporary event powers, and Kheldians have a few of their powers.

I would imagine that it's not much different, because all character information except for saved costumes or demos was stored on NCSoft's servers, not your local machine.
