Plz Help trying to log in to CoH, but will not install it just comes up with Error creating Paragon Chat folder please help

Don't let it install under Program Files. That's a protected system folder and it causes all sorts of issues when you install things that need to update themselves. I put mine under 'Public' and have never had any problems.
