When you insult someone by calling them a "pig" or a "dog" you aren't maligning pigs and dogs everywhere.  The same is true of any term used as an insult.

It doesn't look bad though I'm not a huge fan of the Punisher so I'm not going to be overly excited by it.

I didn't like Punisher in Marvel comics.  I thought he was just ok in the movies.  He was great in the Dirty Laundry short.

Then Jon Bernthal redefined the character and made me love him.  I just hope the performance and writing level in his own series holds up with that of Daredevil.
