Is thier anything like virtue verse around for Paragon Chat?

I've been looking around, and noticed that account creation is closed for virtueverse, is thier a new alternative site for paragon chat to create profiles for your characters byond what the ingame profile menu gives you?

Yes, there's Ouroboros Portal, Titan Network's own player wiki. It's open to everybody, not just role-players, and regardless of server (it has actually been around for a long time).
