Some other badges that might be easy to get working

Well, I don't know as I'm not Codewalker, but I've noticed a few badges that may not take him much work to get working:

- The Viva Praetoria accolade (requires all 8 accolades for Praetorian zones)
- exploration badges in the safeguard missions.  (added the Atlas Park one to the zone.cfg, saw it on the ground, but not rewarding).  Heard from others that the others weren't working.

If I find others, I'll add to this thread.

Thanks for making it fun to run around again!

Yes, found out that I was missing the Going Rouge (not Rogue) badge.
