Can't go into Pocket D

I tried to get into Pocket D from Port Oakes, but the door won't open.  Is there another way?

One way is to enter this command into the chat box:

/mapmove 83

I have "Quickport" as part of my emotes menu in the chat window.
Are you running 1.0.5?

Thanks for all the suggestions!  I used mapmove and that worked.  I'm running 1.0.5, but no quickchat menu.  I'll install it later.
