I watched it today, and I liked it.
True, to enjoy the movie you have to be willing to ignore some glaring plotholes... and it would've been nice if Casey wore his mask for more than two minutes (and had long hair).
But Rocksteady and Beebop easily make up for the shortcomings, those two are really fun and total scene stealers. Also, Krang ;D
And if it wasn't obvious enough what inspired this flick, the song playing over the end credits is this.

I saw it in the theater earlier this year.

Fun, but not as fun as the first one.
