Alright so I found the Beta folder and installed it but can't login. I added it to the exception list on Avast but it still isn't connecting. Says to  make sure everything is correct but it is! Not sure what to do next. Also says XMPP was unable to connect.

Edit: It works now? Not sure what happened or what I did!

More information is needed, such as what error messages you're getting.

XMPP was unable to connect!

Make sure that your XMPP login information is correct.

If these are correct, my apologies, I just want to get it out of the way if it is:

Username should be your forum username @chat.cohtitan.com, so on these forums, if your name is Evie, you'd enter "Evie@chat.cohtitan.com" (don't click on the link: the forum software here automatically converts things that look like an email address into a link which won't work.)

The password should be the Titan Network Password you use to log on into the forums (if you use autofill for your passwords on your web browser, make sure you can log in without using it.)  If you need to reset it, you can do so at cohtitan.com/manage.

Very unlikely: XMPP uses Port 5222, so if your firewall or software filter is particularly aggressive in blocking traffic, that could be a port forwarding issue in your network. (Or if you're trying this from work... if your IT Dept actively blocks IM applications, you won't get through.)
