Really surprised not to see a thread about this! Came out 5 days ago. Tis amazing! Game seems huge and the scenery is beautiful. The graphics and new engine are incredible too. They used the Bloodborne Engine and it is really smooth and fluent. I really recommend it if you are a Souls fan!(Although you probably already have it if that's case) Or just a RPG fan really. But fair warning it is a Souls game. You are gonna die a lot.
