First of all I'm not 'expecting' a postive answer, just hoping. I have no idea about the coding of the game (hell according to Matt Miller most don't).
How likely would it be for us to play the issue 24 powersets etc should we get acess to CoH back? If not right away would it be possible to implement at some point? Does being able to access them in Icon mean anything in this regard?
