FX List from FXINFO

Not sure I folks have a cleaned txt file of fxinfo.bin, necessary if you want to hack costume files with power effects. I could not find one so I put one together, anmd want to share.

this is awesome. Feels like I am going into information overload, but this is definetly going to accerlate things / make them complete.
