The remote server returned an error: (429) Bandwidth Error.

To fix this ---


The huge number of downloads for the Paragon Chat launch have killed the server that contained the manifest file. You will need to manually point Tequila to the new Manifest location if you are getting this error.

- Click Options.
- In the empty line under "Manifests", enter http://patch.savecoh.com/manifest.xml
- Click Add; the new manifest should appear at the bottom. Make sure it's selected by clicking on it.
- Click OK.
- Close Tequila and start it again.

That will point your Tequila install to the latest version.

I've got the manifest swapped properly, but Tequila is still only giving me access to Icon. Is this just a consequence of the server load?

Probably, but it isn't "supposed" to be launched for about another 80 minutes so I'm just going to chill until then.

When I click on options there is no line that says manifest. I am still getting :

when I try to download the client. How can I fix this error if there is no Maifest in the Options tab?
