Patrick MacNee, who played dapper British secret agent John Steed on the classic '60s series "The Avengers", died Thursday of natural causes at age 93.

That's what my friend was on about.  He rambles sometimes so I block him out.
(It's mutual.)

John Steed had style on that show, a style that is sorely lacking in most of today's television.
