Fine, I admit I still can't get over it and it SUCKS.

So I ended up with a gripeful post in the main threads, when someone mentioned yeah, should have posted it over here.

My gripefulness, anger, hatred and rage towards the CO community is something people are certainly aware of, because of what they'd done to themselves.

It all started when my ideas got partly implemented in the vehicle post in march of 2014.  I was a little excited, to be honest, though knowing everything today I wouldn't have ever posted this.

So it was fine and dandy but then, later I tried coming back to CO, I was left shocked, as I'd seen this thread;

And course, the exodus that followed.  I just can't get over it.  The fact that people sometimes blame ME for the crap that happened in october, angers me even more.  Then of course this is the same community that says they are somehow better when they let things like the second post tear them apart.  How am I supposed to react to them?  Praaaaise them?  Without question?

I can't get over it, they crossed the line so much and then censored everything there, it's disgusting they still haven't done anything to rectify how much people were hurt because of the forums.  No bans of the idiots, no compensation or anything.  I felt that ever since that thread that I'd been taken advantage of and used.  Heck, I should have known when none of the trolls entered the thread I made.  I get the rotten feeling they wanted the vehicle 2.0 changes to go into effect so they could then pressure the developers to nerf them later and rub salt in the wound.

Ever since the community has been dying for it, that second change.  People feel the game is a bait and switch operation, it's disturbing and no one wants to touch CO with a 20 foot pole.

Course, there was also the price hike I mentioned in another thread.  But the change above and what they'd done, and what the community had done, is what ultimately drives me to just despise them so much.  This was a game I used to like and now, while I still play it sometimes I just cannot get over how putrid and toxic CO's community had become, it's like they descended into pure villainy.  I know, been about three quarters of a year now.

Lastly(could I even say that anymore?), I was never apologized to.  I was instead vilified by the very perpetrators who encouraged the nerf that caused the exodus, saying it's my fault their nerfs and bad ideas caused an exodus, *sighs*.

Then course, it's all the worst for me how I have to see this game, CO, with the worst community, still keep just baarely afloat with a leaky ship for these past years while CoH was shut down for all the wrong reasons.  It's like seeing the fraud take the credit for the real author.

I'm part of the CO community and so is everyone on my Friends list and everyone posting here. We, are all great people.

I have things irl going on that would boggle your mind. CO, we can walk away from and come back to anytime we want. We can play any game that makes us happy.

Just some perspective.

I think it's great to get immersed enough in a game to get passionate about this thing or that and to want the game to improve and all this good stuff but if your positive energy time is turning into negative energy time this is not good. This is coming from someone who made your posts look pretty tame, obsessed about things, got out of bed just to pour all my important thoughts out on 'paper' and then one day saw what was happening and I haven't posted on an official forum in years since except to find out what is up with the game being down and I think I posted some CoH goodbyes.

I'm a lot different player now and I can't see myself going down that road again and have even been tempted to join the official forums again and I'm not suggesting you should avoid the official forum... but I thought you might be able to relate.

Sorry I didn't directly address any of your points just thought I'd mention this due to the trend in your postings and I would like to see you have fun in your fun time because that is a real important thing I think, too.
