Sooooo I'm clearing out the bags and I see this Horned Serpent Head costume unlock Perk reward thing for defeating 5000 Lemurians and decide to go check it out at the Tailor but... the costume piece is nowhere to be found..

Is this part of the Perks no longer giving rewards thing or do I not know how to use the costume unlock token or what am I missing?

You might want to try the chest icon and run a search for the costume piece.  Some pieces don't show up in the normal menus.
Currently; Not doing any streaming, found myself with less time available recently.  Still playing starbound periodically, though I am thinking of trying other games.  Don't tell me to play mmohtg's though please :).  Getting back into participating in VO and the successors again to.

Never did find this. I've tried searching the chest manually and with the search tool and I tried looking up every head type (Bestial/Monstrous/etc).
