What % recharge was needed for Permadom, again?

Building with mids, thing is...

I forgot, and I've pretty much settled on making a plant/fire as my first character for relaunch, because it was so bloody godlike.

How's it look? The goal is to basically have insane recharge, and enough ranged defense, that a single luck insp will mitigate anything thrown at me before I get my mezzes rolling.

While not purple reliant for anything but the ranged boost, it helps, eh?

Assuming 3 slotted Hasten?  I want to say it's around 90.  Agree on Plant/Fire, though I'm inclined to say that Plant and the Ice APP are really the key to the uber.

I thought you meant on the way up.  Once you get perma Hasten you automatically have permaDom.

I did, but more-or-less for planning out the stages before I'm fully slotted.

That Paragon Wiki link doesn't include any Hasten at all.  Gets trickier with partial Hasten.  Pretty sure it's around 90 though, given Hasten on top of that.  Need about 105 for perma Hasten, depending on how much you put into slotting.

I'm considering, atleast intially, to use the spiritual core, until I can afford the more expensive sets.
