Hypothetically, How will costumes work if we go back online?

Will we be able to have all the options unlocked at the start? What of the fire/ice/Ascendant sets?

 What about certain options that -used- to be able to work together?

I forgot when they changed this, but I remember that the Magic Pack coat and the crab spider backpack could be used together, giving the crab spider a 'cape' of sorts. I use it in this clip.

Would that be able to be restored if the removal change carried over? Around i23ish, trying to use that costume combination gave you an 'invalid' error.

No one knows any of these things. The game hasn't even been officially purchased yet, so NOTHING is known about what's going to happen.
