COSTUME files

Is there a way to convert the COSTUME files to jpeg or something that can be shared easily? Apologies in advance if this was answered elsewhere.

Step 1: Load into ICON
Step 2: Take a screenshot
Step 3: Do whatever you want with the screenshot.

Costume files are shared easily just by themselves, too. Just attach it to an email, upload it to dropbox, put it on shrib.com - whatever.
