Hey here's hoping we see some sort of rebirth (spiritual or otherwise) this coming year!  Tough pill to swallow that this is my first full year sans CoH since wayyyy back in '03.

Anyhoo,  glad this community lives on.  Best wishes and cheers for you all in 2013!

yes. 2013. It's going to be my year. 2012 was about me helping everyone else in my life. 2013, it's time to collect or release them for 2013 is my year, first time in over a decade that will focus on me. If they dont have anything to offer, then we have nothing more to talk about.

I second this completely. Christmas without my heroes and villains was rough. In the last month (as it's what, officially a month now?) has been a pain. I've had more subtle urges to log in than ever. :/ And it hurts knowing I can't. 2012, which started with so much promise, just tanked--and not in the good way. -.-

Anyway, Happy New Year everyone. May 2013 hold more promise and joy and heroics than 2012.

Totally sympathize.  I am a good chunk around the globe from most of my fam, and a lot of friends.  In the past few years, I had my CoH family, and that made it not just "OK," but dang fun.  This year was very hard for me, too. 

I am glad I still had the Titan folks..
