Ran across this on Facebook today and figured it should be shared here.
Thank you for keeping on with your hard work to bring CoH back.

Yes. This. I saw a Christmas list of one of the young children of a poster on SomethingAwful. And just under things like "A robot", in scraggly children's handwriting, it said "I want City of Heros[sic] to stay alive."

I will go down with this ship.  I won't put my hands up in surrender.  There will be no white flag above my door.  I'm in love, and always will be.  Dido

After what happen in Connecticut, even if you've tried to shield your young children from it they would sense something very wrong has happeded.  A little watching good defeating evil would provide some degree of assurance that the world isn't totally screwed up.

I was thinking much the same thing.

Oh man, I just wanna hug that kid! When my friends and family ask me what I want for X-mas, I kinda give them a sad smile and say "You know what I want."

Also, the first thing on the kid's list strikes my heart. Bionicle was my first love before CoH. I've loved them for over half of my life. I started building/collecting them when I was 5 (even though they say ages 7/8+). It was heart-breaking to hear that it was ending. If only there were a community like this one to fight for it.

I lost my first battle. I refuse to lose this one too.

Listen to the 'mustn'ts'. Listen to the 'don'ts'. Listen to the 'shouldn'ts', the 'impossibles', the 'won'ts'. Listen to the 'you'll never haves', then listen close to me... Anything can happen . Anything can be.

Healix, haha, you've quickly become my favorite poster, haha!

Indeed and, honestly, I've been feeling like I could use a go within CoH for that very same reason.

Can you guys print some of these things out, the kid's list, the Santa with the list, and send them as Xmas cards to our Disney addresses?

If you have the money and care to, most UPS stores, Office Depots, and InstyPrints will print whatever you want from a USB key.

Larry has actually made emergency portfolios that way.
