I couldn't find the full background image via PIGG-diving, so I cobbled it together from a few images on-hand.

Nice work!

Though I'll always remember the "blue skyline" screen, and if I think hard (or check screenshots), I can even recall the original version with eight fixed slots and Origin borders around each name.

The background for the ICON character creator?

It's possible, but not exactly easy. It involves editing a pigg file.
