Great Question that I actually have to load the game to answer.

Right click in the chat window > Join Channel > type 'Titan Network' > OK   Done!

Send me a tell if you have any problems and I'll send you a channel invite.

EDIT: Spelled channel name correctly.

This works for any public global channel, as long as you know the name of the channel. ;)
