So I am sure this has been brought up but I don't know if anyone is a fan of "The Walking Dead' but the show has gotten rather popular and is followed by "Comic book men" a show about Kevin Smith's comic book store in New Jersey.  Have we tried contacting Kevin Smith and/or Comic Book men?  After the only true comic book game just shut down (up for debate but I don't count CO or DCUO) you think they and, other comic book fans, would be outraged.  Hell, before City of Heroes I wasn't even a big fan of comics. I was about 15-16 years old when I started playing CoH and now I am 24 and love comic books and especially time travel nonsense, the only kind of time travel nonsense that can be perfected in the form of a comic books.  Kind of like the time travel that City of Heroes was FULL of.  Anyway the point is, any diehard comic book fan would be outraged that something so accurate and true to comic books would be shut down.  Or they could not care at all but hey its worth a shot, if we don't try nothing will happen but if we ask the worst we will get is a "No".

Victoria Victrix

I'd move this one back over to the general Save Paragon umbrella.  Kevin Smith is not exactly Disney material....
I will go down with this ship.  I won't put my hands up in surrender.  There will be no white flag above my door.  I'm in love, and always will be.  Dido

i wasn't that big of comic books either until i played coh i ordered the special pack back in 2005 where coh and cov came in 1 pack and it had 2 tiny action figures and 2 comic books inside. i knew that marvel and dc had comic books never read them tho i was 14 years old also most 15 when i played this game 7 years ago. and now im all nerd-ed out about comics and super heroes movies. so honestly coh opened up my life to comics as well as amazing gaming experience with MMOs

Found some contact information for Kevin Smith if anyone is interested in contacting him

https://www.facebook.com/YesThatKevinSmith - Kevin Smiths Facebook

http://twitter.com/ThatKevinSmith - Kevin Smiths Twitter (Kind of vulgar if you don't like colorful language)

https://www.facebook.com/ComicBookMenAMC - Comic book men's facebook

https://twitter.com/ComicBookMenAMC - Comic book men's twitter (Not vulgar at all)

Tell them your stories, tell them that the man (NCSoft is the man right?) is putting you down!  Share the stories, share the characters, share the testimonial's that warmed our heart and the hearts of everyone, except NCSoft's cold, cold heart.  This could fall on deaf ears but as a fellow comic book fan and better yet just a nerd (I mean that in a good way like one nerd to another) who loves good stories, good characters, and good times like the rest of us. And if Comic book men can get it out there that would be great, any show that follows the Walking Dead is going to have tons of left over viewers tuned in still.  It will reach the people that will care and a few that don't but at least it is being heard.

Funnily enough, I started playing CoH back in 2004 after winning the DVD collector edition at Wizard World Texas. While sneaking outside to have a smoke after winning the game, who did end up sharing my smoke break with? None other than Jay and Silent Bob, who were there to give talks and sign autographs.

Very nice, although I question what you were smoking with those boys :P  Hopefully that doesn't offend anyone.

This all makes me feel that he would, at the very least, be familiar with the game which may be more reason to contact him.
