Extracting sounds from CoH

Hi folks,

I was wondering if anyone knows how to extract the sounds from City of Heroes?  I was specifically looking at some of the music that plays when you enter a certain area of a zone, such as the Atlas Plaza area of Atlas Park.

Paragonwiki has all of the music, including the stuff that has been retired.

Access to the sound effects would be nice though.

Right now we're trying to focus efforts on archiving everything we won't have access to once the servers go dark.  Sound effects, on the other hand, are stored in the client if you know where to look for them.  If/when we get to those, it'll be after we've managed to document all of the remaining story content that has to be recorded.
