That cartoon is eerily reminiscent of an incident from my childhood.  I was at a babysitter's house and another kid she was keeping and I tested flushing her panty hose, LOTs of toilet paper, and finally stopped up the toilet on about the third or fourth washcloth.  I couldn't have been more than three or four at the most.  She's probably dead by now, but if not, a huge retroactive "Sorry!" shoutout to Mrs. Mayland!
