Chrono Shift for MMs - no +End?

Chrono Shift for Masterminds isn't showing any +End or +Recovery.

No wait, it is (*PHEW*), it's just that the power description doesn't match the effects.

PBAoE Team +Recharge, Moderate Healing over Time

PBAoE Team +Recharge, Heal, +End, Moderate Healing over Time, +Recovery

The long power description also doesn't match, leaving out any mention of the (immediate) heal and endurance effects.  This also seems to be the case in game, but the Real Numbers show all of these effects present in the Mastermind version of the power.
