v1.95 : Spiritual Core Paragon Alpha Ability's Heal enhancement behaving badly

Couldn't find the problem in the database (correctly states 33% Heal enhancement), but when I switch this particular Alpha Ability on, the enhancement is incorrect and does veeeery strange things.

To illustrate the problem: create a new Brute (any/Willpower) and select the lvl 1 melee power so inherent Health shows up. Now, select the Spiritual Core Paragon Alpha Ability and activate the incarnate abilities: you get 72% regen out of Health, instead of base 40% enhanced by 33%, and High Pain Tolerance's enhanceable MaxHP becomes a whopping 7133 HPs (475,9% instead of 13,33 % !).

I don't need to show other values I think.

Enhancements otherwise seem to work perfectly fine on their own, but with the Alpha activated, it just goes FUBAR regardless of slotted enhancements.

"Works" with all other Heal-enhancing Spiritual Alpha abilities.
