Pardon me if this is a Titan Faux Pas, but since I'm sure that many of us (if not all) use both Titan and BH tools I figured I'd post what I stumbled upon tonite.

I wish they wouldn't lock their stuff behind registering.

I mean, I registered to download it but it's just a huge annoyance.

Their website just links to the direct downloads at SourceForge, which you don't need to log in to view or download from:

It might be a faux pas if Titan had anything comparable, but since Tony is a slacker and hasn't updated Paragon Maps in forever......

(I only jab because I really liked paragon maps and am sad it's fallen by the wayside)

I should do that.  I really do like the pinpoint-dot icons, and I made a lot of cool headway with the maps.  For what it's worth, I do still use my own customized "map pack" on my machine, with updated maps since the new badges have been released and with the new Praetorian zones added.  I guess at some point I could package them up and offer them if anyone wants them.

As soon as we can get the Titan revamp further along, I'm still hoping to circle back around and make it much groovier, making a Google Maps-like interface online with customizable, dynamically-generated maps client-side.  But it's definitely on the backburner for now.

It should be noted that Badge-Hunter and Titan Network, at least from an administrative perspective, are in good standing with each other. There's no unseen rivalry going on behind the scenes.

It's right out in the open.  Zing!

Seriously, I've been assuming you guys are planning to update Titan Sentinel and Mid's soon-ish, and trying not to pester you.  But since I still can't log in to the COH forums, I'm over here pestering you anyway.  :)  And while I'm at it, are there any longer-term plans to keep updating City of Data?

Is there (or should there be?) some central place on the Titan Network for checking the status of updates to all Titan goodies whenever a new issue launches, rather than haunting each individual forum?

Cath

I was wondering if they had updated. Thanks for posting the link!

I'm not sure why I checked here first. (Or am I?)

Looking forward to a new Mids build soon!  ;)
