Allow Hide/Cloaking Device/etc "Combat" status

What do I mean?
With powers such as Hide, Cloacking Device, etc that provider a DEF bns when hidden and 1/2 that bonus while the power is active but you are in combat, allow an option to show the values while in combat.

An idea could be click on the "active" icon twice to change from Off - On (green) - Combat (orange). This would only be for those kinds of powers so Tactics for example which has no "combat" status wont allow the Orange icon.

This allows me to see how much Def my Bane/Stalker/etc would have while fighting.

There is a combat suppression checkbox in the options, the Effects & Math tab. Checking the "Attacked" box changes Cloaking Device's defense from 3.5% to 1.75%. It works for Hide and Stealth and various other powers, too.
