The Mastermind Ancillary Heat Mastery's power Char is set to take IOs like Melt Armor instead of Char, it can be found in the database under: "Epic.Heat_Mastery_Stalker" as part of a naming convention I do not understand.

I don't know anything about how Mids' is put together, but I do know that when the ancillaries that Masterminds got first showed up in GR beta, they were for Stalkers. I'm guessing that's why it's listed that way.
