Power database in line with game build 1800.201003300904.10T4 (Issue 17)

Changes & Updates:

• Added support for Demon Summoning
• Added new Vigilance for Defenders
• Changes made to support Blessing of the Zephyr set bonus change
• Fixed numerous previously reported bugs

Known Issues

• Ninja Run does not display correctly for Kheldian form powers.  Ninja Run is replaced with a form inherent power.
• The powers obtained by Dual Pistols > Swap Ammo, do not apply any effects to Dual Pistol powers.
• Diminishing Returns for PvP mode have not yet been added, all buffs currently show their full, unmodified values.
• The Power Graphs for the current build do not display effects for pseudo-pet powers like Ice Storm. This does not affect the Powerset Comparison, which is now fully aware of pseudo-pets.
• 60 Month Vet reward button not added.  This means taking a Tier 3 travel pool power at level 6 or higher is automatic for everyone.  You need to know whether or not you are eligible for this reward or you must take your travel power at level 14 or higher.

i keep getting a eror message as i try to download from the titan site.

Just finished downloading and applying (and then reapplying and redownloading and reapplying, just to make sure), but there is something terribly wrong with the database for this update.  Powers are listed as dealing way more damage than they are supposed to (Snap Shot dealing 431.6 damage).  The only powers, as far as I can tell, that aren't screwed up are the pseudo-pet powers (RoA, Rain of Fire, Blizzard, etc).

It seems they've added a new variable to the "equation".

It would appear that blasters are using tanker numbers for defense powers in this build, for example, hover shows as 2.5% defense base for a blaster instead of the 1.75% it should be....

It would also appear the Luck of the Gamblers are giving 25.8% HP per set slotted... a total of 300+ HP per set.

It's a whole table in mids being off by a few rows and columns, so it's pulling in the numbers for a power/enhancement that it doesn't belong to.

St0n3y and I are confident we have the error pin-pointed. We just need to test the <bleep> out of our theories before upgrading it to a solution for the re-release.

Also, upon Sir SaintNicster's request... and a lot of others requests as well... the next release's installer WILL REQUIRE admin mode to install. It's literally become an epidemic of how many people seem to forget the security precautions of Win7 & Vista. lol.

St0n3y and I would like to have the new release out before the weekend is out; and it's quite realistic with him in charge of the fire under my butt. Plus we really want to keep the illusion that this is the first Mids' released on the same date of it's intended issue... which is losing less and less steam from this mess.

Just want to re-iterate that we love what you guys do!  Keep it up! Also, having some hiccups is totally understandable, especially when you're working with CoX sized databases XD. I would be completely lost myself.

Everytime I try to download the new Mids I get an NSIS error.

Download the installer file to your desktop (or somewhere else on the computer).

Right Click the installer, then select "Run as Administrator"

Seriously? DO NOT INSTALL ANYTHING FROM TITAN WITHOUT RUNNING IT IN ADMIN MODE!

Maybe the files should be renamed "RUN AS ADMIN-MXDSetup1-703.exe"

Also, I noticed that when I open a menu, the header text turns white, which is silly hard to see on the light gray bar.  It's not an actual problem by any means, but I don't recall that happening before.

Also, add my thanks to the pile.  You guys really stepped up to keep this tool alive.
