3 badges need verifying

for some reason these 3 badges are not verifying and I need them verified manually

Earned the Statesman Star
Jubilant (5 year anniversary badge)

We'll need an in-game Screenie of your Character with those Badges highlighted.  Specifically, the Character Detail window, the Badges Tab and scrolling down so those 3 are in the shot will suffice.

Are you using the settitle binds?  If so, you probably have an old copy and should update those.  The files generated from that page take the settitles stored in our DB.  Jubilant just recently got added, and there was an issue with the respec badges.
