Level Reset to 1?

Any idea what would cause a character's level to be reset from 50 to 1?

I noticed a few days ago after logging out this guy that his recorded level had gone from 50 to 1.  All the other info is still correct.

Did you switch him to a Secondary Build and not level that up?

I thought of that, but the only character I've ever actually switched to a secondary build was my main Tank.

I'll log this guy in again for a few minutes tonight to see if Glycerine picks up the correct level and updates accordingly.  Just wanted to point it out before I do that though - just in case.

Be sure to check in hero stats and glyc, just in case.

Loaded up CoH with Glycerine running and logged in said oddball character.  Glycerine immediately corrected the tracked level to 50.  I closed Glycerine and started up Herostats.  No change to the tracked level.

I guess we can just chalk this up to my gift for making electronics do odd things.  :D
